11. Doll Packaging

 Currently, there are two types of packaging for the dolls:

 11.1 New Packaging

 Uses high-density shock-absorbing foam for full protection.

 The box is divided into two layers: the upper layer stores accessories and wigs, while the lower layer stores the doll.

 The doll’s hands and feet are carefully wrapped to prevent damage during transportation.

 11.2 Old Packaging

 Uses a combination of sleeping bag, foam, and carton box.

 Foam fills the gaps to better secure the doll, ensuring it keeps its shape during long-distance transport.

 The carton can also serve as a daily storage container for the doll.

12. Properly Getting the Doll Out

 When unboxing, please handle with care. Avoid using sharp tools to cut open the inner packaging to prevent scratching the doll’s surface.

13. Installation and Adjustment

Transportation may cause slight bending of the neck. Please follow the tutorial video to gently adjust it back into the correct position.

13.3 Adjusting the Eyes (Silicone Dolls)

Please avoid frequent adjustments. When necessary, refer to the tutorial video.

14. Stain Removal

14.1 TPE Doll Stain Removal (Cosmetics)

Tools required: Makeup remover oil, wet wipes/cotton swabs

14.2 Removing Fabric Dye Stains (Clothing Stains)

• Tools required: Makeup remover oil, wet wipes/cotton swabs, doll stain remover
• Resting time: 8 hours
• Applicable for: TPE and Silicone dolls (refer to tutorial video)

15. Repair Guide

15.1 Minor Dent Repair

If the skin of a TPE doll develops small dents, gently massage the area with a warm damp cloth to help restore its original shape.

15.2 Tear Repair

TPE Dolls:

• Tools required: TPE repair adhesive, purified water, cotton swabs.
• Resting time: 1 hour.

Silicone Dolls:

• Tools required: Silicone repair adhesive, purified water, cotton swabs.
• Resting time: 6–8 hours.
