3 common problems and solutions after placing an order

Just like buying other things, we are prone to various problems after placing an order for a sex doll. This article lists 3 scenarios to help you reference and solve your problems.

1, Wrong address:

2, Payment failed

  • If there are no such problems, please contact us and provide your order number, name and email address, error notification, and error screenshots, we will check the details and assist you to proceed with your order.
  • Note: You should be able to receive details of any failed or successful transactions from your bank. If the payment fails, do not hesitate to contact your bank or contact us.

3, You don’t like your doll and want to return it:

If you get your sex doll and don’t like it or even want to return it, please follow the instructions below:
