Free shipping within the US, usually via FedEx or UPS.
After placing an order, depending on the doll,
Please allow 2-5 weeks for production and an additional 10 days for shipping if purchasing full body dolls. All of our dolls are handcrafted and thoroughly quality tested before shipping.
If you buy a torso doll, it will usually be delivered within 3-7 days in the United States. If there is no stock in the US warehouse, you need to wait for 7-15 days. Other areas generally need to wait 10-21 days.
When shipping, you will get a FedEx or UPS tracking code. All packaging is discreet with no labels, marks or logos.
Note: Due to the impact of Covid-19, there will be some delays in shipments.
Please note: The arrival of the goods will be notified by SMS or email. If you receive the notification but do not receive the goods, please contact us within 7 days. If we do not receive any feedback from you within 2 days after the package arrives, we will assume that you have received it normally.
