ARE THERE ANY KNOWN HEALTH RISKS? HOW DIFFICULT IS IT TO KEEP MY DOLL IN A SANITARY CONDITION?

There are no known health risks associated with our products. Keeping the doll in a sanitary condition is easy – your doll can be cleaned with a mild soap or detergent or olive oil.

WHAT’S THE MATERIAL?

Our dolls are made of high standard elastic property TPE(thermoplastic elastomers), which is safe and environmentally friendly. The skeleton inside is made of stainless steel.

CAN MY DOLL SIT, STAND, AND HOLD POSES?

Yes, you can pose your doll in most positions an average person can achieve without pain. The dolls cannot support their own weight, however, and will sometimes require a stand or support for certain poses. The doll can hold the pose you put it in as long as no strong forces are applied to the limbs in that pose.

CAN I USE MY DOLL OR DOLL ACCESSORY WITHOUT LUBRICANT?

For your pleasure and for best maintenance of your love doll, you should always use plenty of water based lubricant, and only use water based lubricants.

HOW FLEXIBLE ARE THE DOLLS?

Our doll’s TPE skin is extremely flexible and will sustain almost any reasonable position. There are some positions which are more stressful on both the TPE flesh and the internal joints. Over-straining a joint can result in a break.

CAN A DOLL SUPPORT ITSELF ENOUGH TO DO IT “DOGGY” STYLE?

No, you will need to use a support to assist the weight distribution for doggy style. The doll shoulder, elbow and knee joints do not lock and the dolls cannot support their own weight. We recommend supporting the doll’s upper body with pillows to assure that this position will be maintained during use. Posing the doll over a table or sofa also allows for doggy style positions.

HOW CAN I STORE MY DOLL?

The boxes in which the dolls are shipped are suitable for storage. For dolls with large breasts, a soft bra should be kept on the doll when she’s in storage. You should not leave boned or underwire bras or clothes on a doll for long periods of time. For durability, do not position at highly stretched positions over a long period of time. Although the elasticity of TPE material is marvelous, excessive stretching for long periods of time might result in deformation. Please reposition the model to its original position, with hands rested downward, after use.

CAN I USE COSMETICS ON MY DOLL?

If you are planning to use cosmetics to change the look of your doll, we recommend that you specify “natural” colors on your order. Liquid eyeliner and powdered cosmetics (blushes, eye shadows, powder foundations, etc.) work very well on the dolls. However, cream/oil-based makeup (such as liquid foundation) won’t disperse well on skin. Eyebrow pencil and lipstick can be applied with reasonable effectiveness and these cosmetics can rub off easily. Otherwise, your doll can be cleaned with normal cosmetic removers and/or mild detergents. Avoid removers that are too oily, as they will be difficult to clean from the skin.

HOW TO DEAL WITH THE WRINKLES ON MY DOLL?

If the doll’s joints are kept bent for a long time, creases and wrinkles will appear on its surface which is due to the improper posture it is placed in and prolonged pressure on the surface. For example, if it is placed sitting in the chair for a long time, there will be horizontal lines on its abdomen. You can use hot towel less than 60 degrees to cover the affected area for 10 minutes. Keep it in the posture just like when it came out of the factory, reduce the force on all joints and lay it aside for a period of time, the creases and wrinkles will decrease and disappear.

DOLL CARE & MAINTENANCE

Please ONLY use water based lubricants.
Firstly, dip the sponge or towel into the warm water and then use it to wipe the doll’s surface gently. If there is dirt or smears sticking to the surface, please wipe it with soapy water and do not dab it forcibly. When one is wiping the surface, please don’t use corrosive cleanser such as strong acid and alkali solution, powerful disinfection solution and detergent, etc. Soap, liquid laundry detergent, liquid shampoo, shower gel or mild detergent can be best for cleaning. After the surface is dry, put bath powder or talcum powder on the doll. The maintenance intervals differ according to the service status and storage environment. It is best to be at least once a month.

If the doll’s surface experiences a scratch, poke, or cut please use TPE Glue to seal. Make sure the skin is not under tension or pressure during the curing process. It takes about 30 minutes for the glue to cure. For creases & wrinkles, use a warm wet towel and apply to the affected area

HOW DO I REPAIR MY DOLL?

Should the doll’s surface become scratched, cut or poked, please use TPE glue to seal. Clean the damaged area with makeup remover before gluing. Make sure the affected surface is not in tension when applying TPE glue. Curing time is approximately half an hour.

DUST, DIRT, AND STANDARD CLEANING

HOW TO PREVENT DUST STICKING TO THE DOLL?

The lots of dust should be avoided because there are stickiness and static electricity on the doll’s surface which make it easy for the dust to stick to the surface. When the doll is placed, please make all efforts to prevent the dust from falling on it to avoid the inconvenience for cleansing.
