making this purchase was a complete waste of money! The doll is FAR too heavy to do anything with, and by the time i'm ready to play i'm worn out just from trying to move it to set it up. The additonal functions don't even work either! The heating function barley works as I have tried wrapping the doll in blankets like the instructional video and customer service advised, and after charging it for almost 3 hours the doll STILL doesn't warm up that much! The sucking vagina function has only worked once since i've gotten it as well, and the hair gets so tangled around the dolls neck trying to attach the head. This is a terrible design, and not worth the money at all. The only positive i would give the doll is that it looks realistic.

Regarding the weight, this is a BBW body type, and the version you purchased is already made with the lightweight option. Because of the larger body shape, it will still be relatively heavy even after weight reduction. If moving the doll is difficult, using a chair or small trolley with wheels can make repositioning much easier.
For the sucking vagina function, since it worked initially and then stopped, one common cause is that the small suction opening inside the vaginal canal has become blocked by tissue, lubricant, or other residue. We recommend flushing the internal canal thoroughly with plenty of clean water for a little longer than usual. In many cases, clearing the suction opening allows the function to work normally again.
Regarding body heating, the system is designed to warm the body to approximately normal human body temperature, around 38°C / 100°F. The goal is to make the body feel comfortably warm rather than hot, so it will not reach a very high surface temperature.
For the hair getting tangled while attaching the head, this model uses a wig. We recommend removing the wig first, attaching the head, and then putting the wig back on afterward. This makes installation much easier and prevents the hair from getting caught around the neck connector.
There should also be a quick-release head connector included with your accessories. This type does not need to be screwed in repeatedly — it can be inserted directly into the head connection. If you are unsure which connector it is, please send us a photo of all the connectors/screws you received and we will help you identify the correct one. If the quick-release connector is missing, we can arrange a replacement for you.
