You can try the following methods to complete your purchase:

- Get your payment approved by contacting the bank.
- If you have a Japan Credit Bureau (JCB) or Discover & Diners card, choose PayPal and use its credit option to make the payment.
If you cannot pay with a bank card using the above methods, we recommend that you use the second payment method below.
Second: Use PayPal
After entering your contact information, harvesting address, and other relevant information, you can choose this payment method. You only need to register with PayPal and associate bank cards, credit cards, and/or debit cards and other payment methods. When you check out online, look for the PayPal button.

Simply use your email and password to log into PayPal and complete checkout quickly and securely. You have the option to make a payment using the funds available in your account. Another convenient method is to link your bank account to your PayPal account, which will give you access to electronic checks.
Credit card companies like PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and others are also accepted forms of payment. Using PayPal to make payments does not require having an account.

Why did my payment fail?
There can be various reasons why you might encounter a declined error message or experience issues with completing your payment.
- The reasons include problems with your credit or debit card, such as it being invalid, expired, having an excessive amount, disabled, or experiencing other issues.
- Another possible reason is that your credit or debit card cannot be used for international transactions, so it's important to ensure that your card is eligible for purchasing from overseas merchants online.
- If you receive an incorrect receipt for a PayPal order, it may indicate an issue with your PayPal funding source, and in such cases, it's recommended to contact PayPal.com support for further help.
- Additionally, discrepancies between your credit card or billing address information and what the bank has on file, such as an expired credit card, incorrect card number, billing zip code, or CVV/CVC code, can also cause payment issues.
- It's crucial to verify that the credit card information you entered is accurate and that your billing address matches exactly. If the information is correct and the issue persists, contacting your bank for further assistance is advisable.
If you encounter issues with processing the payment or if your card is not being accepted, you can try the following steps:
- Contact your credit or debit card issuing bank and inform them about the payment you are attempting to make. Providing your phone number to the issuing bank will help ensure a successful payment.
- During the checkout process, consider changing your payment method. If you only have one payment method linked to your PayPal account, you will need to add another payment method before proceeding. Adding a credit or debit card or linking your bank account are both quick and easy options that offer more flexibility at checkout.
- Double-check the accuracy of the email address or phone number you entered. Verify your information and ensure that you have completed the registration process for your PayPal account. Failure to complete this process may result in a payment failure.
