Return and Exchange Policy
We allow you "unconditional returns and refunds" within 30 days of receiving the item.
"Unconditional Return" must meet the following conditions:
Returned items must be in their original condition: Due to the nature of the product, your order must comply with federal health regulations before a return or exchange can be requested. Each of our products will be packed in a sealed transparent bag and then put in a carton. The transparent bag keeps the goods in their original state. Goods must be returned in original condition as we will never sell unpacked products. The so-called initial state means that the transparent bag is not damaged, and the original seal of the goods must be intact. Just imagine, just like underwear, no one wants to use a sex doll that has been used by others, please understand.
Returned items were not damaged during return shipping.
Returns must be notified to us by prior email and confirmed by us by email. If you would like to return your item without quality issues within 30 days of receiving it, please send an email to this email address with your order number: email@example.com. We will provide you with a return address. But you should pay for shipping and 15% restocking fee will be debited from your account.
Quality problem return/refund
Please check whether the product is damaged before opening the transparent bag. After opening the transparent bag, the doll will be used by default, and we have the right to refuse your refund. If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately. It is important to include as many details as possible, including any images and videos, and then send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We strongly recommend that you take a video/photo of the outside of the box upon arrival, especially if you notice any damage. Photo evidence (emailed to us within 48 hours of delivery) is required to qualify for a refund or replacement. We'll investigate after receiving your email and provide you with some solutions. Please do not throw away the original packaging, please put the item back in its original packaging: all parts, hardware, tools, printed materials and accessories must be included in the return.
1. We will not be liable for any loss if the package fails to be delivered due to the wrong address provided by the buyer.
2. If the package is sent to the wrong address or the shipping company is lost, we can resend or refund it for you.
3.If you receive the information that the package arrived normally but you do not receive the goods, please contact the shipping company or contact us for help within 7 days. We will consider you to have received the package 7 days after the package shows arrival.
Order Cancellations and Changes:
You can contact us within 12 hours of payment to request assistance in canceling or modifying your order. Once in the shipping process, your order cannot be cancelled or modified.

Customers must email email@example.com for a return authorization before returning any product to us. If the product is returned without our permission, we will not provide any exchange, return or repair service, and all losses shall be borne by the customer.
